Swiftexa services are delivered online. No physical goods are shipped.
How services are delivered
- Setup is done remotely on your own accounts, by screen-share and through access you grant.
- Training sessions are held online (Google Meet or WhatsApp video) and recorded for you.
- Documents such as your handover guide and invoices are sent by email or WhatsApp.
Timelines
- Claude Kickstart: within 7 working days.
- AI Back Office: within 14 working days.
- AI Office Agent: within 4–6 weeks.
Timelines start from the later of receipt of your advance and receipt of your completed onboarding form and access. Delays in information, approvals or access extend the timeline by the same period.
Confirmation
We confirm receipt of your payment and your kick-off date within one working day, and send a tax invoice by email.
