Questions
Before you ask
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you use WhatsApp and email, you can use this. You type what you want in plain English or Hindi, and we train you on your own work.
Is my clients' data safe?
Claude runs in your own account, which you pay for and control. We never hold your passwords, and we delete our working copies at handover. Nothing is sent to your customers without your approval.
What does Claude itself cost?
Claude Pro is ₹2,000 a month on annual billing or ₹2,399 billed monthly, paid by you to Anthropic. Heavy users may need Max, from ₹11,999 a month. We'll tell you which you need on the first call.
Can it work with WhatsApp and Tally?
Yes. WhatsApp enquiries run through the official WhatsApp Business API in your name. Tally and bank entry work is part of the AI Office Agent package.
What if I don't save 8 hours a week?
If your day-30 hours check shows less than 8 hours saved per week on the AI Back Office package, your next month of care is free.
